Package insurance is available for $1.75 per order. If you opt in and your order is lost or significantly damaged, you may submit a claim within two days by emailing us at hello@apothemyst.com. Please include photos of the damaged item. For lost items, we will initiate a tracking request with the carrier.
Following our investigation, we reserve the right to deny claims if damage is deemed insignificant. Note: due to their handmade nature, candles may have minor imperfections.
Apothemyst & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If you opt out of package insurance, any claims must be filed with the carrier directly.
